How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

If you just received the tracking number, it can take up to 2 days for the tracking number to show the first update.

I did not receive an email with my tracking number?

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It may take between 2-7 days to process your order. If you didn't receive the tracking number after 7 days, please check your spam folder as it might be mistakenly classified as spam email.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. Please email support@codetee.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will resend the item as soon as possible.
